Orthopedic Pain & Injury

A large part of what we treat falls within orthopedic care. That includes the everyday aches, pains, and movement limitations that make work, exercise, hobbies, and day-to-day life more difficult than they should be. Our approach, which may incorporate Muscle Activation Techniques when appropriate, looks beyond the symptom to better understand what is contributing to the problem.

Our goal is not just to calm symptoms down, but to better understand what is contributing to the problem and help restore stronger, more confident movement.

Recovery, Strength & Performance

Some patients come to us after surgery. Others are recovering from an injury, trying to return to sport, or simply wanting to move with more strength and stability again. Treatment is built around where you are now and where you want to go next.
