step 2

Let's Get You Scheduled

We'll reach out personally to introduce ourselves, answer your questions, and help find a time that works for you.

step 3

Your First Visit

Your first appointment includes a full one-on-one evaluation. We take time to understand your history, symptoms, goals, movements. and what maybe be contributing to the problem.

step 4

Your Plan & Ongoing Care

After your evaluation, we'll build a plan around your needs. As you improve, we'll track your progressand adjust your care along the way.

Before You Arrive

A few simple things can help your first appointment start smoothly.

Wear comfortable clothing

Choose clothes that allow you to move freely during your treatment.

Arrive 10 - 15 minutes early

This gives us time to get you checked in and handle any first-visit paperwork.

Plan for about 60 minutes

Your first visit includes time to talk through your history, assess movement, and discuss next steps.

Bring your questions

We want you to leave with as many answers as we can give you, so bring anything you'd like to ask about your care.

Still Have Questions Before Your First Visit?

We want you to feel prepared before you walk in. If you're unsure what to bring, what to wear, or what to expect, give us a call and we'll help.

Insurance, Cash Pay, and Payment Questions

We accept insurance and cash. Depending on your plan, paying out of pocket can sometimes be more affordable than going through insurance — especially if you have a high deductible. We’re happy to walk through what makes sense for your situation before your first visit.
